Ritual

We all have roots, history, and ancestry. If you go back far enough in your matriarchal lineage, you will find women in your ancestry who lived by the cycles of the moon and the flow of the seasons. Whether it feels like it or not, you come from a lineage of magic, deeply connected to the earth and rooted in the mystical. I don't have to know you to know Ritual runs through your veins. It's just a fact.

I used to rely on rituals to infuse the day-to-day of my life with beauty. Ritual has a way of alchemizing the mundane into something beyond the ordinary. Ritual enchants. Ritual will transmute a life that feels flat into something that feels sacred. If you want to romanticize your life beyond the ordinary, Ritual is how to do that effortlessly. For me, Ritual used to feel like a luxury I gave myself to feel something like pleasure. 

If my previous year were a chapter in a book, the title would be "Mostly Death and A Little Rebirth". The lineup of lost ones in my life over the last few months includes some of the most important people in my world and one soul-mate pet I still wake up crying for. 

The luxury of Ritual has felt very out of network for quite some time. Lately, though, I have had to ask myself some pretty challenging questions.

What does recovery look like?

What was the point of all of it?

Who am I now?

The only question that has a clear answer is the first.

I am a woman with roots in magic, and Ritual pulses through my veins just like it runs through yours. 

Recovery looks like returning to the sacred and my power through Ritual that reminds me who I am. 

For me, Ritual is the best and most potent form of therapy. 

But bigger than me, Ritual is a path back to center for the feminine and for the greater good. The world, future generations, and the planet need us to do just that—find our way back to center. 

There is a lot of talk right now about the rise of the divine feminine. That is going to mean a lot of different things to different people. In my world, that is an earthy, deeply grounded, rise out of the chaos and back to power, in my own life, and out of the power structures that bind -- 

and although that might sound lofty, it is a return to our magical, sacred nature and can start one simple yet profoundly powerful Ritual at a time.

I am finding my footing in my life and this turbulent time in history by leveraging the power of Ritual, and I would love for you to join me.
