More Magnetic Less Frantic
Hustle might not be as Hot as you think

A woman does not become more magnetic by becoming more frantic.
I think a lot of us absorbed the opposite idea.
Be more responsive. More accomplished. More interesting. More informed. More available. More productive. Keep improving the house, the body, the business, the relationships, the schedule, the future.
Stay on top of everything.
There is a strange promise buried underneath all of that effort: if I can just become good enough at managing my life, eventually I will get to enjoy it.
Except the finish line keeps moving.
There is always another thing you could optimize, another problem you could anticipate, another person you could take care of, another way you could make yourself more useful.
And frantic has its own momentum. After a while, a quiet afternoon can feel irresponsible. Pleasure can feel like something that needs to be justified. Doing absolutely nothing can make you wonder what you forgot.
I am interested in something else.
The woman who has enough interior space to notice what she wants.
The woman who can take a beat before saying yes.
The woman who dresses beautifully on an ordinary Wednesday because she likes the dress.
The woman who can care deeply about the world without giving the world every inch of her nervous system.
The woman whose life contains beauty, desire, humor, ritual, anger, pleasure, work, rest, politics, animals, friendship, weirdness, and whole stretches of time that do not need to become anything else.
She is not magnetic because she has perfected herself.
She is magnetic because she is actually there.
Present inside her own life.
This is a lot of what I work on with women in private coaching.
We look at the expectations, commitments, identities and habits that have made life crowded, and we start deciding deliberately what stays, what changes, and what deserves more room.
Not because your life needs fixing.
Because you are allowed to build one that feels better to inhabit.
Private coaching is $650 per month for four sessions plus email or chat support between calls.
If you have been thinking about working with me, send me a message. We can talk.
